Q & A Questions from Corpus Christi  Area Brides

How can I save money on my wedding photography? .... Stacy
Stacy, GOOD wedding photography, is like life insurance, after it was all said any done, no one ever complained of having too much. Too many times have I seen brides try to budget on photography, yet spend literally spend hundreds of dollars on novelty items at the reception. Your wedding photos will be the foundation of your family history, something your children and, their children should look back on with pride and fondness. And... at times your album can serve as a breath of fresh air.... a way for you to remind yourself just why you married that guy your with. Good photos help you recapture beautiful memories. However, it all starts with quality, professional photography. Remember a good photo today, will be a priceless photo in time, but a bad photos usually taken by budget photographers, will never improve.

How can I tell if someone is really a professional photographer .... Candy (a tie in question to the previous one)
I once got a call from a bride who did not hire me, but on the day before the wedding the guy she did hire, one that offered the world to her for a little money, called her and told her that his lens broke. In short to answer your question, a professional is not just a person who charges money, but rather a person who you pay to anticipate any problem that may arise. A real pro will be a problem solver, and not a problem creator. They have at least one or two backups to all their equipment. Every step of their process is on a pro level. Their equipment, their attitude and final product, should maintain that high level of excellence. The Professional Photographers of America is an organization of people in our industry of have committed themselves to that excellence, so that is a good indication. Above all else, please ask if your final work will come from a true professional lab.

What Leg does the garter go on...... Denise
The throw-away goes on the left, if you have two, then it may be a good idea to put the keeper on the right.
